The Villa in Heine Park, also known as Plangesche Villa, is located at Elbchaussee 43 in close proximity to the "Altonaer Balkon" and just a few meters away from Altona Town Hall.
Visitors are treated to a panoramic view over the Elbe slope, extending from the Hamburg harbor to the Köhlbrand Bridge. An avenue lined with magnificent, old trees leads through Heine Park to this historic building.
The Villa is home to the Business Club Hamburg, seamlessly blending the Hanseatic merchant tradition with all the conveniences of contemporary comfort.
The 1,200 square meter Villa underwent extensive restoration between 2007 and 2009. This protected landmark (constructed in 1913) now features a variety of individually usable rooms with parquet flooring and ornate plasterwork, as well as a restaurant and a bar.
All floors are accessible via a central elevator. On the ground floor, generously designed spaces captivate with an adjoining conservatory, while the fireplace room with its wooden paneling establishes a close connection to the tradition of English clubs. The bar is located directly adjacent to this lounge area.
